The Conditions of Sale for the rate booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
The personal information concerning you that the hotel will be required to process results from your request to make a reservation with our hotel.

Surname, first name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, nationality, the nature of the business or personal reservation and the name of the company if required.
This data is required for the following purposes:
- Processing the reservation
- Improving our customer service
- Accounting and management of our hotel
- Processing of mandatory statistics
This information is neither sold nor communicated to third parties and is strictly reserved for the internal uses described above.
The law, and in particular the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, gives you the right at any time to have the above data modified, as well as the right to have it communicated to you, deleted or limited in time.

DISPUTES / Mediator
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to article L.612.2 of the French Consumer Code, has the right to submit a request for amicable resolution by mediation, within a period of less than one year from the date of his or her written complaint to the professional.
SOC ETOILE PARK HOTEL has designated SAS Médiation Solution as a consumer mediation body, under membership number 52610/VM/2403.
To refer a matter to the mediator, the consumer must submit his or her request :

- A brief statement of the facts,
- A copy of the prior complaint,
- All documents required to process the request (purchase order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
